BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they form the basis of your contract with Havana Travel Ltd

BOOKING
Once you have chosen your holiday resort/hotel, please complete the booking form and fax, telephone or send by post the confirmation. Once we receive the booking form confirmation we will send you a copy of the confirmation invoice. You must check this document carefully and any errors should be informed immediately.

PAYMENT
Once you have decided on your choice of holiday resort, a deposit of 30% is requested for hotel bookings and balance of the holiday to be paid eight weeks before departure date.

CANCELLATIONS
Should the client wish to make any change or alteration to a booking, including name changes, after the booking has been confirmed, the company when possible, endeavour to accommodate the client. However, there will be and administration fee of £30 per booking. Please note that cancellations made by the client are non-refundable.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests must be told at the time of booking and noted on the booking form. We will do our best to provide these requests, however, these requests cannot be guaranteed and the failure to meet a special request will not constitute a breach of contract on our behalf.

MEDICAL NEEDS AND DISABLED CLIENTS
If you or your member of your party had a medical problem, which may affect your holiday, please discuss this with our travel consultants before confirming your booking. We can give advice to disabled clients and recommendations on choice of accommodation to suit their needs and requirements.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
We advise our holiday clients to leave the holiday accommodation and villas provided on this Webster in a good condition. Any damage during your holiday should be reported to the company.

INSURANCE
You must ensure that all members of your party including you, are covered by a travel insurance policy. If you choose to arrange an independent travel insurance policy, a copy of your insurance policy document must be provided before you travel.
